What is the MAC Summer Challenge?

MAC’s Summer Challenge invites you and a workout buddy to complete a total of 50 fitness classes at Manila Athletic Club during the challenge period. The twist? At least 6 of those classes must be from the KO program, MAC’s high-intensity combat-inspired fitness offering.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Team up with a partner

✅ Complete 50 total classes (between both of you)

✅ At least 6 classes must be from KO (Knockout)

✅ Winners are determined by quickest to complete the challenge

What are KO and MNLP?

Elorde KO (Knockout) – MAC’s high-energy boxing, Muay Thai, and HIIT-based program designed to build power, stamina, and real fight skills. It’s an intense, full-body workout that leaves you stronger with every round.

MNLP (MNL Pilates) – A modern take on reformer Pilates that merges mindful movement with functional strength. It’s great for improving flexibility, posture, and core stability — perfect for anyone seeking a low-impact yet effective fitness routine.

MAC offers a wide range of group classes under these programs and more, in a supportive and state-of-the-art environment located in Bonifacio Global City.

The Prizes

Top finishers will win exclusive wellness rewards, including the Next Drink Ultimate Detox Kit — a refreshing set of cold-pressed juices designed to help your body recover, cleanse, and rehydrate.
